The position to perform full analysis of Qualcomm products (5G/automotive chipset) to determine root cause of the failure. The effort consists of using a variety of electrical, mechanical & chemical techniques to investigate the product issue.
Specialized in Nanoprobe which apply advances nanotech in transistor-level investigation. Working with team inside & outside the department, as well as offshore team to push for products yield and time to market.
Developed a VBA script that helps extract crucial information (threshold voltage & currents) from large amount of acquired data, reducing time for task from hours to minutes. Awarded Qualstar for the project.
